Behariji Dealers Pvt Ltd is a lending / financial services provider. Payments collected through our website and online payment channels relate to loan and financial services — including application/login fees, processing fees, documentation charges, evaluation/legal fees, insurance charges, and EMI/loan repayments. This policy explains when such payments are refundable or non-refundable, and how to request a refund.
The following charges are collected against services that are performed or costs that are incurred at the time of payment, and are therefore non-refundable once the corresponding service has commenced:
These fees cover administrative, verification and evaluation work and cannot be refunded even if the loan is subsequently not availed or is rejected, except where required by applicable law or the terms of your loan agreement.
Payments made towards EMIs, interest, principal, overdue amounts, bounce charges or any other loan dues are adjusted against your loan account as per your loan agreement and are not refundable. Any adjustment for overpayment will be handled through your loan account as described in Section 4.
If you are charged more than once, make a payment in error, or pay an amount in excess of what is due:
You may withdraw a loan application at any time before disbursement. Any non-refundable fees already paid (see Section 2) will not be returned. Once a loan is disbursed, it is governed by the terms of your loan agreement and cannot be “cancelled” — it must be repaid or foreclosed as per those terms.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
All refunds and cancellations are subject to your loan agreement, the Company’s internal policies, and applicable regulations issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and other authorities.
